Polsterei Mohr from Bregenzerwald/A appreciates the advantages of wool rugs

They live and work in a timber house. The glass façade opens the view to the outside; as well as the inside – both of them an inspiration. This is expressed by the creative minds of Mohr Polster in Andelsbuch in every one of their handcrafted pieces, be it a chair, a couch, a stool, a bed or an accessory for the home. Each is crafted using high-quality raw materials and natural resources; as are the woollen rugs from Tisca, which lend the modern house its homely elegance.

„Natural fibres and solid timbers are an ideal complement for each other especially in modern architecture. We live and work with them and appreciate the pleasant interior climate.” is how Andrea Mohr describes it. Just how close the people in this house are to nature is illustrated by the colour scheme too. In the living room there is an Olbia Stella of pure new wool in a lively green-blue which continues almost boundlessly in front of the huge window. Even the varied structure of the landscape is reflected by the rug through the use of two different thicknesses of woollen yarn.
